St. Paul, West Wycombe
Description
A small Victorian church which is shared with a Serbian Orthodox congregation. The church features an iconostasis. A quiet oasis of peace and prayer which welcomes visitors and pilgrims. St. Paul's is not far from a busy road but feels a world away. Candles can be lit and prayers left, and often are. A very special place which is often remarked upon for its prayerful atmosphere and simplicity. This is a church which is regularly prayed in and you can feel that this is the case. A place to sit and be quiet and to ponder.
Standard opening times: Open every day.
Services: 10.30 am service on the third Sunday of the month.
Quiet days and individuals/groups can be accommodated by arrangement.

Disabled Access - gravel path with slope + 1 step into church. There is a handrail on the church path. Toilet available only if keyholder present. Refreshment table – tea/coffee etc. There is a history leaflet and a 'Pilgrim's Trail' leaflet for West Wycombe Village available.
Well kept grounds around the church, and the Parish Burial ground is next door with a seat to admire the view.
Accommodation and refreshments available in the lovely historic village, most of which is owned by the National Trust.
