By Car: Ely is on the A10 about 16 miles north of Cambridge.
By Train: Ely is on the main train line from London King's Cross to King's Lynn. It is also on the cross country route between Norwich and Liverpool.
By Bus: There are regular bus services from Cambridge and Newmarket

Once in Ely the Chapel is housed in the old monastic buildings in the Cathedral grounds. You will need to go into the Cathedral and ask the vergers for the key to get in (see above).
Passing through the porta from the Gallery, turn sharply to the left and follow the road for about 200 yards. You will see the chapel on your right.

Facilities

Access is up some steep steps which will be difficult for some people.
There are toilets within, and a café close to, the cathedral itself, which is a few hundred yards from the chapel.
